Privacy Policy

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the New Balance online store (newbalance.in.ua) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user of the site (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the use of the site and its services.

1. General Provisions
   1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. The User agrees to the terms of this Agreement by using the website newbalance.in.ua.
   1.2. The Company reserves the right to change and supplement the terms of the Agreement without prior notice to the User. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
   1.3. The User undertakes to regularly review the terms of the Agreement to monitor possible changes.

2. Registration on the site
   2.1. To gain access to certain services of the site, the User may go through the registration procedure.
   2.2. When registering, the User undertakes to provide accurate information about themselves. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
   2.3. The Company undertakes to protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the site

   3.2. The User undertakes not to use the site for illegal purposes, and not to distribute malicious programs or materials through the site that violate the rights of third parties.

4. Placing an order

   4.2. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Company manager.
   4.3. The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a lack of goods in stock or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties
   5.1. The User has the right:

• Return goods in accordance with the terms of return and exchange.
  5.2. The Company undertakes to:

• Provide up-to-date information about products and services;
• Fulfil the terms of sales contracts in accordance with applicable law.

1. Responsibilities of the parties
   6.1. The Company shall not be liable for the User’s losses arising as a result of his/her violation of the terms of this Agreement.
   6.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
   6.3. All disputes between the User and the Company shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Intellectual property
   7.1. All materials posted on the website (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) are the property of the Company or third parties and are protected by copyright law.
   7.2. The User has no right to use the materials of the site without the prior consent of the Company.

3. Final Provisions
   8.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and shall remain in effect until the termination of use of the site.
   8.2. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
